Band Boosters maintains individual student accounts for any money raised by the student when s/he participates in a band fundraiser. These fundraisers include the Scrip Gift Card program, Payless reloadable gift cards, Marsh gift cards, Citrus Sales, and Purdue football game seatbacks. Any student in a West Lafayette band program can start accumulating funds in an individual student fundraising account by participating in the Scrip Gift Card program, Payless reloadable gift cards, or Marsh card programs. With the exception of the Purdue football game seatbacks, which gives a higher percentage to the students, 50% of the proceeds from these programs goes into the student's account and 50% goes into the Band Booster's general fund.

- Instrument Rentals
- Instrument Repairs
- Approved Music Camps
- Marching Band Fees
- Band supplies (like reeds)
- ISSMA Solo & Ensemble Entry Fees & Music
- Band Trips (New York, Florida, King's Island, Indiana Beach, etc.)
Money will be issued from a student's individual fundraising account in the form of a reimbursement check from the band boosters or by marking the Individual Student Fundraising Account as the payment method on an official band activity form when applicable (ex. when signing up for Marching Band choose the Individual Student Fundraising Account as form of payment. The Marching Band fees then will be deducted directly from your child's individual account). To request a reimbursement for an approved expense from a student's individual band account simply fill out a Reimbursement Request Form, attach a copy of your receipt(s), and place them in the "Scrip Box" that hangs on the wall to the right of Mr. Pettit's office in the Jr/Sr High School Band Room.
