- 5:15 PM Leave for Zionsville (eat dinner before you arrive)
- 6:30 PM Arrive at Zionsville, assemble instruments.
- 7:20 PM Warm Up
- 7:55 PM WL Wind Ensemble Performance in Auditorium
- 8:50 PM Go wait in gym for scores
- 9L15 PM Leave Zionsville HS
- 10:30 PM Arrive back at WLHS
