State Fair Band Day Contest

5:15AM call time 

5:45AM bus leaves Happy Hollow (we need 2 parents per bus)

10:03AM The Sound of West Side performance time

4:15PM Preliminary Awards (Top 16 bands will go to finals, Night Show)

8:00PM Night Show begins (we only stay for this if we place in top 16)

11:00PM  Night Show awards 

1:00AM??  Arrive back at Happy Hollow
